When buying a new video game it always comes with plastic wraping....i have managed to slowly remove ALL security stickers and the wrapping, take out the cd, and managed to put back the wrapping and security stickers.... i have searched everywhere on youtube and yahoo and have found zero evidence of anyone trying this. NOW...i have not tried returning the case (without the cd), but........................ what do you think? legal? Am i missing something? not possible?

You are trying to get money for something that isn't in the case, that is illegal because you are trying to steal from the company. Edit: Oh and just in case the illegality of this action isn't enough to stop you, consider that you or your parents (depending on which applies in your case) will most likely be slapped with fine for you trying to steal from a store.

I don't think that is legal and what if you were the person to get that game that has no disc. This has happened to me with ink cartriges and wall mart dosn't belive you when you sya there wasn't any thing in the box so i wouldn't do it

Its not legal and i wouldn't try it you can usually tell if there's no disk in a case without opening them

How about PAYING for your games like the rest of us.. or buy used ones if they're too expensive. You're really here asking if it's wrong to steal?
